HBOS has participated in Workplace Giving for some time and has seen an increase in the number of colleagues taking part over the last year. As Workplace Giving is flexible, we’ve recently enabled colleagues to donate to the HBOS Foundation in aid of the HBOS Charity of the Year programme - the Million £ Challenge. All colleague donations through Workplace Giving to the Million £ Challenge are then matched by the HBOS Foundation, up to £600 per colleague per annum.
